Help I have 467 contacts and only 280 are going on the phone.

Plenty of memory.
I am using Outlook 2003.

Please help

Which phone do you have ? The most phones of SE can handle 500 contacts, some can handle 1000

K800i

I have managed to get all of them on by changing the exeptions but some addresses and apointment duplicate.
Which are the best settings to use?
I sometimes change data in the phone if I am out and with the computer if I am home.

The K800i can handle 1000 contacts.
Please tell me where exactly is the problem, also post the first ten lines of the logfile here.

I think I may have it sorted by changing the exeption.
If I have a problem how do I do a log??

MyPhoneExplorer logs the connection to the phone, the file is located in C:\Programs\MyPhoneExplorer\Debug.txt
