Hello
I upgraded a Galaxy Nexus from stock Android to Cyanogenmod 10.2 a few weeks ago, and noticed something today.
After AdBlock Plus wasn't working properly, I rebooted the phone, and noticed that when connecting the phone to Windows with the USB cable, MPE couldn't see the phone, ie. couldn't sync. I had to stop/start MPE on the phone for things to work again.
This error doesn't always occur, though: For a test, I unplugged the phone, rebooted it, plugged it back in, and MPE worked OK.
Have other Cyanogenmod users seen this?

Happened again today: The Windows-side application could not connect.
Forcing the Android-side MPE application to stop and restarting it manually didn't solve the problem.
The solutions is to reboot the phone. |

Please post the logfile after the issue happened.
Also please note: Do NOT use USB-Hubs and do NOT use the USB 3 Port of your PC when you plug in your phone. |
