Hello!
I have synced my Galaxy Note 2 to MyPhoneExplorer and everythinbg works just fine, except for contacts; everything (even the birthday) except for the adresses is visible in MyPhoneExplorer, I can not get the adresses to sync from my mobile to the computor (the opposite direction works).
Ho do I fix this??

Please note: MyPhoneExplorer does handle only addresses which are labeled as "private" or "work". |

All my addresses in my phone is labeled private or work. (hem or arbete in Swedish)
When I make changes in the address fields on the phone everything ends up in the "street" box in MPE (even city and postal code)
Most of the addresses in my phone comes from syncing with Outlook (Wich I changed to MPE) All those addresses are missing. One funny thing: I got an adress card via .vcf to my phone, and after sync THAT adress was corredt. |

Ah, this issue is based on Samsung.
Samsung uses only the Street-Field for the whole address if you use KIES or you edit the address directly in the phone. MyPhoneExplorer does use all seperate address fields for a correct sync. |

How come there is no addresses at all in most of them? |

Maybe the address starts at the second line (MyPhoneExplorer doe show only a single line for the street). Use the Cursor-Down-Key to check this in the Street-Field |

No, tested that (there is no Icon in the right end of the field either) |

Please do this:
- Sync your contacts
- restart MyPhoneExplorer
- edit an existing contact in your phone (a contact with a "problem" address): Just edit the contact note so that MyPhoneExplorer will load the data again
- sync again the contacts with myPhoneExplorer
- post the logfile here (Menu-File-Settings-Show logfile) |
