Duplicate files are created - all are pictures

After few days from the first run, I ran the synchronization for the second time and noticed that in the picture folders files are duplicated with (1) at the end of the file name of the duplicated files.

I completely erased the files folder from the laptop - then I ran the synchronization twice and the files are not duplicated now - what was the reason for duplicating the files?

We´re speaking of fotos you took with your phone?

Go to the settings menue -> advanced 2

You should be able to manage settings there.

MyPhoneExplorer does compare the filesize between phone and PC. If the photo gets edited on the PC then ist not identical to the original photo so MyPhoneExplorer does download again the original photo.
