No connection to my computer "Cannot be identified"

Just cannot get my phone and computer to communicate!! Grrr... doesn't connect via wifi (phone cannot be identified), nor via USB (same message). Don't know how to check for ABD drivers - I have a Samsung Galaxy SII.

I have used this software w/ my previous computer hitchlessly - it was perfect. This computer, not at all. I don't think it's the phone.

Check your firewall, do not use USB3 ports for your phone and if it still fails then post the logfile again.
