Ctrl-F5 is used by internet explorer to force a refresh of the current page. While MyPhoneExplorer was minimised and explorer had the focus, pressing this key caused MyPhoneExplorer to display the new message dialog.

Can you please ensure that MyPhoneExplorer only traps keypresses if it currently has the focus.

Its a feature, please take a look at the settings in MyPhoneExplorer.
