I have a trouble when i select the Control Phone / ScreenShot, the specials characters like áéíóú ñ äëïöü doesn´t write in the phone, only works when i open the second option TextInput and open another pop up, but if i write directly in the Control Phone / ScreenShot don´t works.
I hope that you guys can tell me how can i resolve this trouble, because it will be great to write specials characters directly in the Control Phone / ScreenShot without the TextInput.

This trouble is not resolvable, its system related to Android. But you could use Menu-Extras-Textinput as workaround
