What is ping SMS? Do you mean Info SMS? Then go to Extras --> Info SMS --> Customize --> click 'Help'

nope, not info sms, its ping sms, when you are going to type new message int he new message window there is an option called "send a ping-sms". I'm asking about that. |

The description of 'ping-SMS' is this.
"With this option you'll be able to send a Status-SMS, Which is not shown on the recipient's phone. Through the delivery report of this "silent SMS" you'll be able to check out if the recipent's phone is turned on and ready to receive."
But i don't get any delivery reports when i send ping sms. But credit is deducted. |

I didn't know this function. I checked it now and send a ping SMS to my own handy account. After a few seconds a message was displayed near the MPE symbol in the taskbar, saying that the handy is ready to receive messages. Obviously that means that the handy is online. Then I sent a ping message to a handy account and this handy was switched off. The message at the MPE symbol only said that the sms was sent successfully, but there was no message that the handy is ready for receiving messages.
So the result of my test is, that ping message works and delivers correct results.

Cool, but when i sent that nothing happens

Maybe your provider does not support sms delivery reports. Enable delivery reports on your phone and send a message directly with the phone to check this |

I have enabled the delivery reports. And i get report for every message i sent. But no report for ping sms. |

You will see the answer of a Ping message only as balloon-tip |
