Hi. Can I first congratulate you on the best piece of software I have seen for a very long time.

I downloaded 1.5.9 today to use with my W850i. I use Thunderbird 2 beta2 with Lightening 0.3.1 (nightly build) for my diary/calendar/email and at the moment I cannot get the two programs to sync. is this because of the versions of the Mozilla software I am using? Do I need to go back to Lightening 0.3 and then would it work with Thunderbird 2 beta2?

Thanking you in anticipation.

I dont think there is a direct sync feature between the two. I use Sunbird and managed to get my calandar in by exporting form Sunbird, then importing into MyPhoneExplorer. You can then sync your phone with this calandar. I used the .ics format.

Hope that helps.

@zoot: Since v1.5.9 direct mozilla-sync is possible.

@jmk53: There are a few things which i will never understand. Why you don't use stable and released apps ? Instead of this you wonder why i don't support alpha and beta Versions with MyPhoneExplorer. Why i should invest hours of time to get it work with alpha-versions - its senseless wasted time for me.

Please let me know how I can sync lightning (stable release) with MPE 1.5.8?

I have linked it with outlook, but am not sure how to choose 'lightning'.

Its not possible with 1.5.8, use the latest version of MPE.

MPE(1.5.9) works with my Thunderbird (version 2 beta 2 (20070116)) and Lightning 3.1 (build 2007021403)
