I can access all other types of file (music/video) but when i click on a jpeg myphoneexplorer crashes. Can anyone help???? I'm using a K800 with the latest version of myphoneexplorer.

Which version of MyPhoneExplorer you use ?

Does it happen only on jpegs or also with *.bmp, *.gif and *.png ?

Yes, it happens with all image files.

Which OS you use ?

videos, music & text all work fine.
I'm using windows xp professional

yes afraid it does!

Also if you use the keypad to browse the files ?

Yes crashed as soon as i pressed the down button

I uploaded a patch for you. Please install it and after the crash post the logfile (C:\Programs\MyPhoneExplorer\Debug.txt)

Thanks, I downloaded the patch, but still crashes. I looked in the event viewer but couldn't see a log referring to fj software (i am not that technical so don't really know what to look for).

Just post the contents of the file C:\Programs\MyPhoneExplorer\Debug.txt after the crash here in the forum.

I don't know where is your problem:
- Start MyphoneExplorer
- connect with your phone
- try to browse some files until MyPhoneExplorer crashes
- post the whole logfile
