FJ Software

I have a k750i and when i try to archieve my sent text messages the software fails to retrieve the date and time at which the messages were sent. In the case of received messages from the inbox the date and time work fine.
Please let me know if this is a bug or can I do somethin to fix this.
This is a big problem for me.
