This is probably not a MyPhoneExplorer issue at all but I hope to find other users in here with the same problem.
My Samsung Galaxy S2 is sitting in the window for best signal (3 lines) and I use MyPhoneExplorer to sync with Outlook (and it works perfectly thank you).
5-10 minutes after I connect the USB cable, the phone loses the signal and ends up with NO lines and no ability to use the phone. If I unplug the cable, the signal is restored within a few minutes. The same thing happens if I connect the charger cable from a power outlet.
This is pretty annoying as I really like to use the phone remotely from the laptop, it's so brilliant to be able to text, call people etc. without having to get over to the phone as I'm always using a headset anyway.
I never heard about this issue. You can use Bluetooth or WiFi instead of the USB-Connection to avoid this problem
