'conversation tab'

I am unable to see any conversations in my phone explorer. All messages download into sent, inbox etc, but nothing shows in conversations. I know where to find the conversation tab but not how to get the messages in there.

Any help would be very much appreciated.

What kind of phone are you connecting to?

I think this only works for Android.

Correct. Conversation view works only for Android cause on the other supported non-Android phones its not possible to read the send-timestamp of a message. So its not possible to build up a conversation view.
