I am running Outlook 2010 version 14.0.6129.5000 (32bit) with HTC One X (android version 4.0.4)
Normally the sync between phone and Outlook is perfect but .... an appointment created directly on the phone calendar app does not get sync across to Outlook.
MPE is set to sync Outlook\Calendar > Compare Only Changed events (faster) > Sync both >
Which calendar is set to be viewed on the calendar app on the phone? You may be setting MPE to sync new events to/from the 'phone' calendar storage but creating a new event on the phone in your Google calendar.
Check if the item is visible in the calendar of MyPhoneExplorer. If not then click on the second button in the toolbar (Download entire)
