Hello, i would like to phone expplorer will support dual sim phones in the future. Decission to donate it after this feature is without doubt.

I have a dual sim phone : Wiko Cink Slim and I use "My Phone Explorer". This is a very good application!
USB connection / BT / Wifi.

MyPhoneExplorer does support Dual SIM phones, but its not possible to use special Dual SIM features like sending SMS through a defined SIM Card. This will be not possible also in features cause the Dual SIM implementation itself is not documented and diffrent from provider to provider

So does that mean that MPE will only attempt to use SIM slot #1 for SMS?

I removed the SIM that was originally in slot #1 because I no longer wanted to be with that carrier and I just left #1 slot empty for the time being. But all attempts to send SMS fail.

So it looks like if slot #1 is empty and the SIM being used is in slot #2, then the SMS and will fail because MPE can't find a carrier?

Does that about sum it up?

Yes. probably this is the cause for your problem. MyPhoneExplorer does just use existing software interfaces of the phone. Its not possible to control which SIM is used for the delivery
