Hey, this software looks very good, but I can't connect to my phone. Its a w850i and when I connect it it says: No ports available. I did everything what was said including to get my battery off the phone for 2 minuts etc. But after I did that it still doesnt work. Please help me thnx

Please check the right COM-Port in the device-manager ansd type it in manually in the settingswindow. f.e. "COM4"
