Ctrl-F5 and Ctrl-F6 wrongly intercepted

1. I have MPE running in the background
2. I open MS-Word or Excel with several documents.
3. I press Ctrl-F5 or Ctrl-F6 to move between documents which Word or Excel has focus.
4. MPE pops up instead, and offers to dial a number of send an SMS.
If I'm a windows App that handles Ctrl-F5 and Ctrl-F6, MPE shouldn't respond to these key strokes. It should only respond to these keystrokes when it has the focus.
