what are the "Recipients" limits

can i send global message to 500/1000 employees like "Bier Pause" oder
"Feier Abend"

If you use a Android phone then the sms messaging interface is limited to 100 sms per hour for all third party apps - so also for MyPhoneExplorer. If your phone is rooted the its possible to remove this limit.

For MyPhoneExplorer itself this amount of recipients should be no problem.
