Hello forum
I have been happily using MPE for over a year now to sync contacts and calendar items between Outlook 10 and my Samsung Galaxy Note 2. Tonight it started doing something new. It was as if it was not reading the calendar on my phone, so it started to download all of the calendar items from Outlook to post them to my phone. I aborted and tried again, but this time it recognized the new items from outlook, but wanted to delete 290 past entries from my phone.
I have come to rely on MPE to sync with Outlook and I am very worried by tonights antics.
Any Idea what is going on? nothing has changed on the computer with the exception of upgrading from QuickBooks 13 to QuickBooks 14.

It seems during that sync the connection was lost. Now, connect the phone to the MPE and use the Blue Arrow to get all the contacts from the phone again into MPE. Do the same with your calendar.
After that do a multisync and check carefully that nothing gets lost.
Nothing to worry about.
