Syncing two outlook calendars with two android calendars

Maybe my previous message was not clear.

I have two calenders in outlook (the standard one and one called 'Birthdays'). I also have two calendars in my android phone (also the standard one and one called 'Birthdays').

Can I sync the two calendars in such a way that the two 'Birthday' calendars are in synch with each-other and the two standard calendars are also in sync with each-other ?

I would assume that it would depend if MPE could see both calendars. In the PC client take a look at File/Settings/Sync/(Calendar)Advanced - this shows you the folders that can be synced. Mine shows myname\Calendar and myname\Calendar\SharedCalendar - I just choose the former.

On the phone, in the MPE client settings you can choose the calendar to sync events to.
