How open the backup file in outlook or another programe ?

I lost my sony satio phone.
I have The back up file that I have made using the softwere.
P L E A S E help my , How can I open the file or exprot the file to a difrent programe so I can open or move to my Blackbery phone.

Iam using Win 7 64 bit
I dont ha the backup phone-satio

The backup files (.mpb) are clear text and contain VCARD entries for your contacts.
Many programs can import VCARD data.

You can also import the backup file into the contacts section of MyPhoneExplorer (rightclick->Import/Export-...). From there you can export the data into a more common filetype
