MyPhoneExplorer cannot run, just in a second it exits

Hello to all~

I am using windows 7 enterprise and outlook 2010.
Now I an trying to use MyPhoneExplorer syncing with my friend's moto me525+, But after I installed the software, it cannot run. MPE window just flashed by. Even I change non-unicode program language setting to English.

Any friends got answer? Should I provide any further info?

hi, I got almost the same problem. My phone explorer exit just after running for a second. My os is Window 7 enterprise and I am running Outlook 2007.

seems like the install files have been infected by computer virus

“C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\1ERIE7R9\MyPhoneExplorer_v2_5185[1].exe”
contains virus or malware : “ADWARE/Adware.Gen”[adware]

so is the install manager:

“C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Local\Temp\nstFEE9.tmp\InstallManager.exe”
contains virus or malware: “ADWARE/Adware.Gen”[adware]

The AV issue has nothing to do with your launch problem. This is the reason for your problem:

I have the exact problem and changed the character set to English. Below is my debug log:
