My anti-virus software detected open candy adware in the installation program of myphoneexplorer. I am hoping this program is not a problem as it's a great program. Please advise and thank you.

I have a snapshot of the warning but can't get it loaded here. It reads,

Yes, this is correct. You will get a promotion screen in the setup but you can avoid installing the promoted software by click on "Decline"
