An Outlook Note does not sync at all, others truncated

I have an outlook that is about 66Kb in size. This notes does not even show up on "MPE Notes" when synchronized. For other notes MPE truncate them and if I edit these on my Samsung Note then the truncated file get synchronized back to Outlook. I the process I end up loosing essential data (not good). I am doing something wrong? Is this a bug? Is there s system setting I need to tweak (could not find any)?
Your help would be greatly appreciated as I cannot now edit notes on my Android device. This is an absolute deal breaker for me
