I got this so that I can save SMS messages that I wanted off my phone. thing is that cant be seen in Windows or with the software if I set it to connect with the com port in windows 7. In XP was able to get it too see my phone via blue tooth. However, I cant get it to sync anything other then the memory information on the phone. I get this error, Obex protocol could not be intialized! Obex error: ERROR I have windows xp pro on the machine. If I use the com port it attempts to retrieve the messages an fails

It doesnt have a problem if I set it to com when I connect. However, it wont sync the data see's it as MT6253

Again: You phone is not supported.
