Delete one vent in a row???

Hi,
Entschuldigung aber mein Englisch ist viel besser als mein Deutsch....
I put my work schedule in Outlook.
That's a 10-day cycle: 2x morning shift, 2x afternoon shift, 2x night shift.
For example: I put the first morning shift in outlook and let it re-occur every 10 days. Then the second morning shift etc etc.
That works fine in Outlook and MPE.
But when I take a day off, then I can delete one day in that row in Outlook, no problem.
But when I sync, then that day is still there in MPE and the phone.
When I delete one day in MPE, the the whole row is gone....
Any help is welcome.
