I got this so that I can save SMS messages that I wanted off my phone. thing is that cant be seen in Windows or with the software if I set it to connect with the com port in windows 7. In XP was able to get it too see my phone via blue tooth. However, I cant get it to sync anything other then the memory information on the phone. I get this error, Obex protocol could not be intialized! Obex error: ERROR I have windows xp pro on the machine. If I use the com port it attempts to retrieve the messages an fails

Hi,
MyPhoneExplorer is designed for Sony Erricsson phones and Android devices,
so i'm sorry to tell you that your Motorola W418G is not supported by this software.

It doesnt have a problem if I set it to com when I connect. However, it wont sync the data see's it as MT6253 |
