Hello,

When i want sync my W850i with my computer by BT, I have the next message : Obex error : NO CARRIER.

all other connection are well but when i want sync adress i have this message !!!

Cab you help me please ?

Its a known bug in W850 and K800 series. firstly restart your phone (take out the battery for 2 minutes). Then make a backup of your phonebook to the MemorySt6ick (see options in the phone). Delete all existing contacts and then restore the backup. After that it should work.
