I have a synchronization problem.
every time you launch the synchronization of a folder, all files are copied again, even those that have not been modified:




This is the folder that I synchronize with MyPhoneExplorer

why?

I'm having problems with photo syncing but I just tried a File sync for the first time and it doesn't copy the files again!
It keeps the original Date & Time stamp also which is very good.
The Accessed info shows the Date & Time the files were copied across!
When I synced again this didn't change! I assume of course once I edit one of the files in the Folder I'm syncing that one file will be copied across again!
I changed from the default setting selected to "Reflect folder" not "Save folder" !
I would suggest a Backup on the PC of important files as if you delete a file by mistake on the phone it will be deleted on the target folder on your PC going on what is listed under Edit file sync jobs!
