In the Settings section, when you have the option to choose Force Outlook>phone does this mean that you choose this if you want the phone's info to take priority (i.e. if you want to force Outlook to literally copy what is on phone?
This command is a little confusing and I need to be clear before I choose to sync my contacts, as I am trying to avoid duplicates.
No. Outlook TO Phone. That means that the Outlook contacts/calendar/whatever are downloaded to the phone, with nothing coming from the phone to the PC.

Ok, so Outlook >phone means all Outlook data gets put into phone. That makes sense.
