Ugh! Frustrated!!!! "settings" I choose won't stay

Yesterday I posted about needing help with transitioning to my new Droid and setting up MPE properly. I have not received a reply yet soI decided to just wing it and try it on my own. Now, I cannot get the settings that I choose (sync with Outlook 2007) to stick!

I hit "ok" but then when I open "settings" again, it just reverts back to "Only My Phone Explorer"!

Can someone please help me out here? I love this program but am a bit frustrated that the only customer service seems to be this forum that does not get visited or replied to very often.

Hi Catss,

because MPE can connect to multible phones/users, the settings you made will be saved if the phone was successfully connected for the first time.
If a connection could not be established, MPE does not know for which phone/user it should save this settings.

Ok, finally figured that out...thanks for the help!

Also, as questions come up, if this the best place to get an answer or is there some Customer Support location that can be dealt with more timely?

Hi,

this should be the best place for support, but as MPE is a "free-time-project", sometimes it may take some time.
But there's also the chance to get an answer or support from anybody else in this community.

I appreciate the replies. As of yet, I have not found anything else that works quite as smoothly for syncing my Outlook calendar with my phone without the need to plug it in or send it "to the clouds".

The next version will show a warning message so this problem will not happen again for future users
