firmware version ?
I am just trying to sync my contacts and having problems. I can download the contact info to my PC but everytime I update info on within MyPhoneExplorer and sync it just takes the info from the phone and overwrites the PC updated info. Also, I get OBEX errors if I try and resync again post this.
How do I make the sync two-way? What settings could I have incorrect?

Thanks for the response. Just checking - you said it was a bug with the phone but the thread you linked to was for another model - is this right?
Also, in order to fix the problem do I need to also backup the contacts on MyPhoneExplorer and then wipe the phone contacts and reinstall? At least it seemed from the other thread this was the solution.
Also, just curious - do I lose the images associated with the numbers and voice commands through doing the backup and wipe?

Yes - you'll loose the images.
The other Thread was based on a W850, the K800 has sometimes the same problem. If possible, then make a backup on the MemoryStick. On the K800 you'll find this option inside the phone->contacts->advanged |

Update:
I blew away the contacts on my phone after making a backup on MyPhoneExplorer. I was unable to backup the contacts to my memory card - kept on receiving a failure message.
Anyway, I restored the backup to the phone and now its working without issue.
Now I just have to redo the associated contact images and voice commands.
Great software BTW

That would be cool if you provide an ability to select Outlook Express Contacts folder to synchronize contacts with. As for me, I store phone contacts in separate OE folder and don't want to mix 'em with ordinary email contacts.

Please look in the options-dialog for Outlook-Sync - there you can select any folder you want. |

My options-dialog looks like shown below and I can't see any of Folder names

Oh sorry, i meant Outlook itself - not Outlook Express. Its very hard to get in the folderinformations of OL Express. Up to yet i've found no way to do this. |
