Well, after much work I am having good success with getting my contacts from Outlook into my Droid phone. There are only three contacts that will not sync. They appear in Outlook, but not in MPE or in my phone. Is there a way to force them into MPE so that they sync into the phone?

Do they have phone numbers associated with them? If not, then, by default, they will not be transferred. Go to:
File > Settings > Sync > Contacts (Outlook) -Advanced... > Exceptions... and 'uncheck' the 'Add new contacts from Outlook only if they contain at least one phone number'.

Phone Numbers are Associated

Both contacts have phone numbers associated with them. I have tried to sync several times, but these two records will not transfer.

I assume you have tried the 'Force Outlook to phone' within "File > Settings > Sync > Contacts (Outlook) -Advanced..." ?

Yes, I have tried the 'Force Outlook to phone' option. One thought is that I would create the contacts in the phone and have MPE not do anything with them on future syncs. This would be a band aid type fix. It would be good to know why these contacts are not syncing.
Here is the information about my phone and software:
- Model of your phone (Samsung Galaxy S2 - Model SPH-D710)
- Type of connection (USB)
- MPE-version (MPE 1.8.2)
- Windows version (Win 7)
- firmware version (?) - not sure how to find this info

If you selected in the sync confirmation "Do not sync" then they will not sync in future. In this case you can undo this flag in the exceptionslist (as described above)
