Contacts not syncing

I have successfully synced my Samsung Galaxy S2 and my windows PC in the past but today I added or edited a few doze contacts on the phone but they will nit sync to the PC no matter what I do. I tried multi synch, phone book, forcing phone to PC and sync both and it just won't work. Can you help?

When you edit/add the contact which phone book are they getting added to? This should be available in the settings for the app which you use to edit/add the phone contact. Then compare this to the phone book that gets 'added to' by MPE.

(On the phone go into MPE-> Settings -> Account to add contacts to)

Thank you for trying to help but I still have the problem. Don't understand "When you edit/add the contact which phone book are they getting added to? On my Samsung Galaxy S2 I went to MPE, settings,Contact-accounts to sync where Phone,Google,Skype, ooVoo, & Facebook are all checked. Is that the problem?

Also, does checking Facebook mean that I will get pictures of my contacts who are also on Facebook imported as part of the sync?

In which contact account you added the contacts which are missing now in MyPhoneExplorer ?
