I used myphoneexplorer before and I thought it was great! -- Back then I had the k750i. I saved all my sms in the archives of me and my girl. All the sms from our very first year -- from day one.
Now I have the w800, so it didn't connect no more. I installed the new version. -- It connected! But...

All my saved sms in my specified folders on pc were gone! Inbox, sent messages -- ALL GONE!

Can someone please help me? Or am I doomed by getting the newest version?[/b]

Basicly the SMS are not lost (if you didnt uninstall MyPhoneExplorer manually). For your W800 MyPhoneExplorer created a new userdatabase.
Which version you used before ?

I never uninstalled myphoneexplorer manually -- hmm the version of 1 year ago. The 1.2.4 or something -- I can't recall exactly... Now I have the newest.
I put my newest sms in the archive and sadly these are the only ones in the archive. Can I still retrieve the old ones in the archive?

Do you see a menu called "Users" in Menu->File ?
