Feature request - Upload folders

I have lots of files that I want to upload to my phone but they are stored in folders within folders, e.g. D:\MyMusic\Artist-1\Album-1, D:\MyMusic\Artist-1\Album-2, D:\MyMusic\Artist-2\Album-1 and so on.
It seems that I can only upload files from a single folder on the PC to a single folder on the phone. I would like to be able to copy D:\MyMusic to the phone folder "\Memory Stick\MP3" all in one go.
Could you look into adding this in a later version of your program please?
