Samsung Galaxy S2 & Outlook 2003 - duplicates issue

I really like this software (and I am eager to donate once my problem is resolved).

The connection is trying to create duplicate entries in Outlook. I will force the Outlook overwrite phone option and can sync properly minutes later. Then after a few days have passed the sync will want to add virtually a duplicate of every contact (over 2,000). I will repeat the force Outlook overwrite phone and the same thing will happen days later.

I tried deleting all contact from phone first and then syncing. The next time I synced myphone explorer wants to add all of the phone contacts into Outlook (effectively duplicating them). This is frustrating. Is it possible that because there may be some unsupported fields that it is interpeting the phone entries as "changed" and is confused about how to deal with it. This software is slick however; I can't use it if I continue to have the duplicate issue. Also is there a list of supported fields?

I am using Exchange/Outlook 2010. I am also getting dupes on my phone. My Exchange contacts on my PC are fine at the moment.

TWB you said you deleted all the Outlook contacts on your Android phone... how did you do that?

Open Contacts on phone. Bring up menu and choose "delete" The top option is to "select all" (as oppossed to just checking individual contacts you want to delete).

There is a tread on the android forum that details setting up a hotmail account that will sync Outllok contacts and calendar through the "cloud". I do not like that option however; it is becoming more attractive all that time. It apparently supports ALL the Outlook fields (which is good).

Click on "Download entire" in the phonebook of MPE. If the contacts appear from phone its OK, otherwise there is a problem which has to be fixed.

And the most important part: Disable the Google-Sync on phone if possible
