Outlook Notes Sync with Galaxy S2

Hello there,
When using multi-synch with Outlook, the contacts and calendar synch correctly. However, notes don't.
If there are notes on the phone that were created manually (or via Samsung Kies), MPE will not "see" them (i.e. "Download entire" will not bring any notes from the phone to MPE).
When using MPE to synch to the phone, it will attempt creating the Outlook notes in the phone correctly (i.e. a correct list of the notes will be shown in the "Confirmation for sync" window), however, the notes will NOT appear in the phone. If I try synching again, MPE will not attempt creating any new notes (indicating that MPE sees the notes on the phone). If I try downloading the notes from the phone, MPE will download the notes.
In sum, the notes created in phone by MPE will be only visible to MPE and notes not created by MPE will not be visible to MPE.
My environment is as follows:
PC: Windows 7 x64 with Outlook 2010
MPE: 1.8.2
Phone: Samsung Galaxy S2 with rooted Android 2.3.5
Connection: USB, WiFi and Bluetooth connections has this problem.
If you need screen shots or logs, I'm happy to help with that.
I'm a programmer myself, if that helps.
