K700i English and Mandarin characters in sms & contact l

Greetings,
1) Can MyPhoneExplorer Version 1.3 backup English and Mandarin sms longer than 160 characters in each sms from K700i to PC and then restore them back from PC to K700i without any lost of data?
2) Does MyPhoneExplorer Version 1.3 able to backup and restore Mandarin characters stored in the K700i contact list? Will all the the email and web addresses, info and other like fields able to restore back to K700i from PC without any lost of data?
