Copying from phone via Parallels (Win7) to .psf (Mac)

Equipment:
- Samsung Galaxy Note (n7000)
- Mac mini (10.9 Mavericks)
- Parallels Virtualization software (latest version Version 9)
- OS: Windows 7
- MyPhoneExplorer 1.8.5

Problem:
Copying from phone via Parallels (Win7) to .psf (Mac) DOES fill up virtual harddrive in Parallels also!
As I'm planning to Cyanogenmod later today my Galaxy Note to a more recent (Google Android) OS, I am copying as much as I can via MyPhoneExplorer to my Mac.
The Galaxy Note is connected via USB to the Win7 virtual machine; there it is 'picked up / connected' (recognized) correctly. I'm now copying through Win7 to a share on my Mac mini which runs flawlessly!
But ... I see my virtual harddrive (C:\> -> Windows) fill up equally!

Is there an explanation for that? I had to enlarge my virtual file (lvm) size first as the copying takes in all that space on C:\ while it should only function as 'pass-through' from my Galaxy note towards my share on the mac mini!

I'm puzzled....
Can you help in this one please?

The reason is probably the file cache of MyPhoneExplorer. You can activate in the settings the deletion of the filecache when you exit MyPhoneExplorer.
