What do you mean with "they do not sync". They appear on every sync in the confirmationwindow or they do NOT appear in phone ?

- Out of 30 contacts, 5 will not synch ie NOT visible in phone !
- Calender will not synch at all. However found birthdays in phone calender but they where taken from those contacts that was correct synchronized to phone. No other items are copied to phone.

My sync is creating huge number of duplicates in Outlook. I don't know why.

Have these got phone numbers? If they have not got phone numbers go to:

File > Settings > Sync > (Contacts) Advanced > Exceptions -> then untick the button "Add new contacts only if they contain at least one phone number".

Is this a new phone? If so add an entry to the calendar via the phone first.
