I used to have the list of contacts displayed when I started the program now its just a blank page with no contacts at all. When I initiate a sync of phone to computer the program says "Initiating Sync" and "Downloading Phonebook" it stays like that for ages and then the prompt disappears and I left with no contacts in the PC.

Any idea what is going on? There are over 2000 contacts in the phone that should download to the PC.

Messages download ok its just contacts it does not work with.

This was working before so I don't know why its just stopped now.

Seems that when the phone was updated one of the settings reverted to its default. The Date/Time Automatic update was on which of course sets the wrong date and time in the UK!

Once this was unchecked and the date and time set correctly the Contacts downloaded OK.
