I have have been looking for "how to" Sync on Connect or Sync on Disconnect. Any advice on where I can get some help on setting that up?

Ideally, an auto sync on some type of schedule would be best.

Any guidance?

The sync is not designed to run in background so a sheduled sync is not planned
