I have a Xperia X10 mini, with Android and myphoneexplorer client installed, and when i try to connect, it happens the error connection

I have a similar problem when syncing the address book on HTC Wildfire

Your Firewall blocks MyPhoneExplorer

Hello all,

I have the same problem when I connect my Acer E130 to the PC via USB "socket error ...".
into the log the IP address used was 127.0.0.1.
I have solve it by using the ADB ip @ 192.168.239.4 and Fixed IP Address option into the connecxion tab.

This is not a local IP address. I think you connected throught your Router via WiFi
