Are there any problems using MPE on the new Android 3.1 tablets e.g. Toshiba Thrive (mine)?

I have tested on the emulator and it worked, but besides this i think there are not many users which tested it. Please try

The Contacts sync works perfectly, and the Thrive shows that the USB connection has been made and exists for the Thrive user device, MPE proceeds with the sync, and the adb.exe 'driver' file is listed in the Windows 7 Task Mgr's Process panel.
BUT, as soon as I click the Sync button in MPE for Calendar sync, MPE initiates the sync by launching adb.exe (as displayed in Task Mgr) and just waits, the Thrive loses the USB connection, restarts the agent and 'Waiting for connection' message displays on the client icon, and after about a minute MPE generates a 'Connection to phone not possible' message and the Thrive client continues 'Waiting for connection'. The only way I have been able to abort MPE successfully on the Windows PC is by killing the app in Task Mgr's Application panel.
I have not tried Blue Tooth yet but will when I have the chance.
Any ideas or has anyone else tried yet with a Honeycomb 3.1 or 3.2 tablet?

I don't think it has to do with the diffrent datatypes phonebook and storage. The protocol and the channel is always the same. Please post the logfile after you tried it the next time. Do you have the original Google-Calendar application on phone installed ? Not all tablets have this app

you can find MPE client for android in market. I was installed on my device.

No log files for Toshiba Thrive sync

There are no log files for the Toshiba Thrive user on the Win7 laptop. But there are for the HTC Incredible (ADR6300) smartphone. However, there is a debug.txt file in the 'root' of the MyPhoneExplorer folder under <myusername> folder ( /AppData\Roaming\MyPhoneExplorer) on the laptop. I have attached the file below. Let me know if this helps.

Problem synching contacts

Calendar syncs perfectly between Outlook 2007 and my Samsung Galaxy tablet 10.1 (Honeycomb 3.1). Also contacts in Outlook sync correctly to the contact list that is included in the email app on the tablet.
But only a portion of the Outlook contacts synched originally to the separate 'contacts' app on the tablet (I cannot find any pattern for which ones did successfully sync originally). Also, any subsequent changes made to contacts in Outlook were updated only in the email list, not in the separate contact app. Any help in getting this resolved is much appreciated.

Please check if there is a calendar application and if yes - who is the producer ? MyPhoneExplorer does access the original preinstalled calendar-database of Android but i know that especiall tablets have in some cases no original calendar application.yantisr
@jmellow: There are several contact-view-filters available on the phone/tablet. Check this, maybe there is a filter set to hid f.e. contacts without phone number

I did already check the filters and there are none set on the tab for this, so that itsn't the source of the problem.

If you click on the second button in the toolbar for contacts (Download entire) -> do you see all contacts in MyPhoneExlorer ?

I found a solution to my problem, which turned out to be with the the Samsung Galaxy tab 10.1, not with MPE. If it's of interest, here's what I came up with:
The Galaxy tab has a strange quirk in how it displays contacts . At the top left of the contact app screen are three choices -- contacts, favorites, or groups. The contact selection showed only a small list (I never did figure out what criteria it was using for the portion it chose to show). In order to get all of my contacts to show up, I had to delete all of the Outlook categories they'd been assigned to (business, personal, etc.). These categories, I determined, correspond to the "groups" selection at the top of the tab contact app. After removing the categories in Outlook, I did a sync, then selected the 'group' choice on the tab app, and selected "not assigned" from the sub-menu of group types, and, lo and behold, I had my complete contact list.
Not a perfect solution, but it's working. Thanks for your time on this.[/img]
