how to view deleted sms in phone memory connected to MPE?

I have connected the phone to MPE.

I am using LGP500. and i have lost all my sms text messages.

How can i find them from the phone memory?

I have accidentally deleted all the sms which is saved in the phone memory before using MPE and have never backed up the sms before.

I have heard that there is no way to recover them if they are saved in phone moemory but I have also heard that the data is not actually deleted but will be covered when there is new data.

So i think there may be a fat chance of finding them if i can go into the root file of the phone memory. We can look into the phone memory folder using MPE, so i would like to ask can i find the deleted sms using MPE?

I am using LG P500.

i am totally frustrated.

i have found this method but it only works on symblian phone =[

If the messages are still shown in MyPhoneExplorer then you can export them, besides this there is no "hidden" way to recover the messages
