Hello

When trying to sync contacts to TB, I get the message "folder structure from thunderbird could not be listed". TB is correctly launched by MPE, if it is already open, it is brought to the front.

I am using MPE 1.8.1, Vista, TB 5.0

Two things which might be important: I do not use TB's default folder structure, I renamed all mail folders with significant names, but this should not affect contacts. I set up a master password in TB.

Does someone see a solution to my problem?

I also have the same issue. Also cannot synchronise with Lightning.

Believe the issue comes from the latest version of Thunderbird (5.0) that I just installed on my nez computer.
The issue was not there on my previous computer using TB 3.1...

Anyone can confirm that / help out ?

Issue is listed on the previous post and MPE team is working on new version to get the sunchro working between MPE and TB 5.0!

The message is different, but the issue may be the same. Anyhow, I'll wait for the solution for the other thread, and I'll check if it solves my problem too.

Hoping that "OpenCandy" adware (malware?) will disappear in the next version from the installer or have an UNcheck box.

OpenCandy is not a Malware, and if you do not select to install additional promotion then nothing will be installed.

The current beta is inbetween compatible with Thunderbird 5:

I first uninstalled MPE completely and removed the installed add-on from TB5.

Then I reinstalled MPE and then installed your update and installed the MPE addon for TB5 again, but still I get "Folder structure from Thunderbird could not be listed!"

Which MyPhoneExplorer-Addon Version is currently installed ?
