MPE 1.8.1 sync problems: accentuated letters

Dear Sirs,
First of all, as I already wrote to you earlier, I appreciate your MPE very high since in the case of SE Android phones (O.K. there is Google sync for contacts, but Google does not work with my Win 7 64 Ultimate) this is the only way to sync your Outlook contacts with the Sony Ericsson gadgets. So in the following there are not critics, but some remarks which could help you to develop and improve this excellent app.
So I downloaded the latest version of MPE Android 1.8.1. Formerly I used 1.8 and there occured only one problematic issue: from my usually 2.300 Outlook contacts MPE synced usually only 2150 and 50-170 contacts have been not synced (missed) because of an unknown reason. But there were no problem (SE Xperia X10 and HTC Wildfire) with the accentuated letters e.g. É é, Á á, Ő ő or Ú ú.
Now I tested the 1.8.1 both on SE Arc and HTC Desire HD. What is interesting, that there is no systematic reason in replacement of é or á with question mark or question mark in rhombus/diamond: it occurs in total random mode.
Of course I tested HTC Desire HD with its own sync app (unfortunately SE does not have their own „factory made” sync app) and when I sync HTC with it, there are no problem with the accentuated characters.
Thank you for your attention
Best regards
