I would like to know if it's possible to use MyPhoneExplorer to sync between 2 computers. I use Outlook at home and outlook at my company. The general idea is that both locations have the most recent information and the Android device is used as an intermediate. (Just like the way Active Sync works)

Yes, that's what I do and it works fine. Install MPE on both your work and home computers and configure both to synchronize to your phone.
