Love this. I have been looking for an app like this for ages for Android - I had Windows phone and used ActiveSync and this was truly missing from Samsung/Android. Thanks.
Is there a way to trigger a sync automatically when there is a change in the outlook calendar?

No there isn't sadly. The best you can have is sync on connect and/or sync on disconnect.

I have have been looking for "how to" Sync on Connect or Sync on Disconnect. Any advice on where I can get some help on setting that up?
